Shipping

Orders are processed after 24hrs of confirmation so that cancellation or modification requests could be entertained. Processing time could take upto 5 days depending on the rate of orders.

We use express shipping methods (DHL and FedEx) to ship the order to ensure quickest delivery. Once dispatched, it takes a maximum of 10 days to deliver. While most of the orders are delivered within a week.

We ensure that all the parcels are delivered within 15 days of placing the order. In case of delay, please contact support.

We don't charge any extra shipping charges either.

Returns and Refunds

We offer full refunds for following conditions:

• Order Arrived Defected
• Wrong Product Received
• Order not Received
• Unsatisfied with the Product

For the first two cases, please take a photo of the parcel and send here: support@rxsabers.com along with the order number as soon as possible. Products have to be returned within 15 days in original condition and packaging to receive a full refund or replacement (upto customer).

For the third case, just let us know and we will sort the issue asap that includes either reshipping or refunding (upto customer).

For the last case, order has to be returned within a week of receiving, and should be in the original condition. We aim to satisfy our customers, if the product is not upto the mark we offer hassle free returns. 

Please note that we do not offer shipping labels rather we just refund the shipping charges along the order amount. We are responsible of the products we sell, hence we will refund the return shipping charges along with the order amount. To receive a refund, please send us the a picture of the shipment receipt at: support@rxsabers.com.

Note:

• Refunds can take upto 10 days as banks take time to issue refund.
• PayPal fee is non-refundable.
• Don't ship back to the address mentioned on the package as packages are often shipped from overseas. We provide a local address to return a parcel to.
